The Governor’s Giant Vision Competition (a program of the South Dakota Chamber of Commerce & Industry) has traditionally been held in conjunction with the Governor’s Office of Economic Development Conference. The 2026 dates are Tuesday, February 24 (set up) and Wednesday, February 25 (competition and awards day).
Application deadlines are Tuesday, January 20th, 2026 at 12:00 PM (NOON) CST/ 11:00 AM MST for the Student and Open competitions.
The competition will be held at the Ramkota Hotel & Conference Center in Pierre. Watch for further updates and details coming this summer and fall!
